Democrat supporters in Thailand follow up poll results
BANGKOK, November 9 (TNA) - Supporters of the US Democrat Party in Thailand have gathered in Bangkok to eagerly follow up presidential election results in several US states.
More than 100 US Democrat Party supporters living in Bangkok were gathering at a restaurant in Surawong area on early Wednesday morning
to closely monitor primary results of the ongoing presidential election in the United States.
The US Democrat Party supporters for Hillary Clinton, the party's nominee for this year's presidential election, want her to become the first female president in the US history.
Meanwhile, latest primary results were showing that Donald Trump, the Republican Party nominee, has already won most of the US states and has gained the Electoral Collage vote by 254, outpacing Clinton who has gained 218 vote.
A nominee needs the Electoral Collage vote of 270 to win a US presidential election. The new 45th US President will take office on January 20, 2017. (TNA)
