Deputy Premier chairs meeting on education, training development

Manama, May 11 (BNA): Deputy Premier also President of the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training, Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, today chaired a meeting to review the proposed executive plan for the initiatives of the national project for the development of education and training. The plan comprises the challenges may face the teams tasked with following up the implementation of all initiatives, measurement of key performance indicators aimed at improving the quality of education and leadership at schools, and the development of the national curriculum and the quality of education in conformity with best international standards. Deputy Premier pointed out the importance of periodic follow up for the implementation process and the preparation of reports, as well as addressing reasons for hurdling the implementation process.
