Deputy Prime Minister receives US ambassador

Manama, April 3 (BNA): Deputy Prime Ministe Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received newly appointed US Ambassador to Bahrain Stephen Bundy. The deputy prime minister praised the distinguished and historical Bahraini-American relations, and wished the ambassador success in performing his diplomatic duties. The ambassador thanked the deputy prime minister and stressed the importance of cooperation in various fields. The meeting reviewed topics of mutual interest and discussed latest regional developments.
