Deputy Speaker of Qatar Shura Council Meets Parliamentary Officials

Doha, November 29 (QNA) - HE Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti met on Tuesday with HE Deputy Chairman of Majlis A'Shura of Oman Said bin Hamad A Saadi, HE Member of the House of Representatives of Yemen and President of the League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds Hamid bin Abdullah Al Ahmar, HE Member of the People's Representative Council of Indonesia and Vice Chairman of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) Dr. Fadli Zon, and HE Member of in the Chamber of Deputies of Romania and President of the Qatar-Romanian Friendship Group in the Romanian Parliament Mirela Furtuna, who are currently visiting the country. A number of topics related to parliamentary action and ways of promoting parliamentary relations were discussed during the meeting. The parliamentarians expressed their admiration for Qatar's renaissance and the outstanding organization of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, wishing the State all success in this hosting.
