Deputy Speaker of Shura Council Meets Parliamentary Officials

Doha, December 01 (QNA) - HE Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti met Thursday with HE President of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan, HE Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Muhannad Qasim Khan Suri, HE Secretary-General of the Arab Maghreb Union (AMU) Shura Council Said Moqaddam and HE Head of the Libyan House of Representatives' Office Abdullah Al Masry Al Fadil, who are currently visiting the country. During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues pertaining to the parliamentary action, and ways to promote the parliamentary relations. The parliamentarians expressed their happiness at visiting the State of Qatar, lauding the comprehensive renaissance being witnessed by the country in various fields. They also expressed their admiration for the excellent organization of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. (QNA)
