DERASAT receives RAP delegation

Manama, Apr. 13 (BNA): The Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT) received a delegation from the Royal Academy of Police (RAP)'s (master's) postgraduate students. The delegation was briefed about the key role of DERASAT as a centre of strategic research studies in decision-making, and informed about the Centre's bundle of reports, studies, publications, conferences, seminars and events. The delegation's itinerary included a lecture on crisis management and another lecture on the security of energy supplies, and the interconnection between aspects of security and energy. The visit was part of DERASAT's partnership programme with various academic, educational, cultural institutions in the kingdom in implementation of the Centre's objectives in serving the community and boosting exchange of expertise and provision of information to uplift the level of knowledge in the kingdom.
