Dissemination of Agricultural Science and Technology Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- Ryanggang Province of the DPRK is providing a solid foundation for rich harvest through a brisk dissemination of agricultural science and technology. The provincial rural economy committee has directed big efforts to the dissemination to solve the problems arising in the agricultural production like the selection of high-yielding potato seed fit for the regional characters and the cultivation of high-yield wheat and barley in northern highland. Researchers of the provincial agricultural science institute prepared a multimedia program dealing with tens of agricultural technological data and a technical guide on the high-yielding potato cultivation.
