DPRK Foreign Ministry Delegation Leaves for Russia

Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK led by Vice-Minister Sin Hong Chol left here Saturday to attend the vice-minister-level negotiations between the DPRK and Russian foreign ministries and the celebrations of the 200th foundation anniversary of the Institute of Oriental Studies under the Russian Academy of Sciences. -0-
