DPRK Players Prove Successful at World Archery Championship

Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- DPRK archers bagged one gold medal, two silver medals and one bronze medal at the 1st World Military Archery Championship held in Iran from Nov. 13 to 15. Kang Un Ju came first in the women's individual event and Pak Yong Won second in the men's individual event. The women archers won a silver medal and the men archers a bronze medal in the team events. -0-
