Education Minister meets AGU president

Manama, May 18 (BNA): Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi received Arabian Gulf University (AGU) President Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Ohali. Dr. Al-Nuaimi, also Higher Education Council (HEC)President, discussed with Dr. Al-Ohali, requirements for the AGU College of Medicine, to obtain academic accreditation from the he National Committee on Foreign Medical Education and Accreditation. The minister commended the efforts exerted by the AGU president, stressing the importance of obtaining such an accreditation, which would enable the medical college graduates to continue their post-graduate studies in the USA.
