Egyptian Speaker to visit Bahrain on Friday

Manama, Feb. 10 (BNA): Speaker of Egypt’s House of representatives Chancellor Hanafy Ali El Gebali will arrive in Bahrain tomorrow. It is scheduled that the visit will include holding a session of official joint discussions between the Representatives’ Council chaired by Speaker Fawzia bin Abdullah Zainal, and the Egyptian parliamentary delegation. The two sides will discuss ways to support and develop relations between the two brotherly countries in all fields, especially at the parliamentary level. The visit of the Egyptian parliamentary delegation comes within the framework of developing more advanced perceptions of the joint parliamentary course of action, opening up to broader horizons of cooperation and exchanging experiences, unifying efforts and visions towards regional and international issues, and strengthening coordination within the framework of parliamentary diplomacy. On the sidelines of the official visit, the delegation will meet a number of senior officials in the Kingdom.
