Egypt's supportive stances toward Bahrain, Arab nation praised

Cairo, Apr 25 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Rumaihi stressed the deep rooted fraternal Bahraini-Egyptian relations and the strategic partnership based on cooperation and mutual interests,as well as conformity of visions towards regional and international issues. This came during a dinner banquet today held in Cairo in honour of Bahraini and Egyptian editors in chief and media figures. Royal Court Special Envoy Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab and Egypt's Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim were also present. The minister hailed the Egyptian supportive stances toward maintaining the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its resolve to promote just Islamic and Arab causes. He underlined that Egypt represents a vital pillar for the advancement and prosperity of the Islamic and Arab nations, pointing its role in the fight against extremism and terrorism to achieve regional and global peace and stability. He said that the Bahraini-Egyptian summit is an extra impetus for the bilateral relations and cooperation, as well as for Arab unity and the protection of the national security. The minister highlighted Bahrain's keenness on activating media agreements signed between the two countries. He wished Egypt and its people further progress and prosperity under the leadership of President Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi.
