Finance Minister receives French ambassador

Manama, Nov. 13 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa met today French Ambassador to Bahrain Jérôme Cauchard who was accompanied by the embassy’s Economic Advisor and a delegation from the French Directorate General of the Treasury. The Minister of Finance and National Economy congratulated the French ambassador on his appointment, wishing him success in his diplomatic mission. He underlined strong bilateral relations and growing cooperation mainly in the finance, business and investment fields. Both sides discussed ways of bolstering bilateral cooperation in the economic and investment fields as well as the latest global economic developments.
