Foreign Minister meets IPI President

New York, Oct. 2 (BNA): Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met with President of the International Peace Institute (IPI) Terje Rod-Larsen, on the sidelines of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly meetings. Shaikh Khalid praised IPI efforts and initiatives to provide research work and scientific studies aimed at promoting international peace. Both sides also discussed issues of mutual interest as well as issues on the agenda of the UN General Assembly.
