Foreign Minister participates in consultative meeting in Jordan

Amman, Jan. 31 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ayman Safadi, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Adel Al Jubeir, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sameh Shukry, today took part in the consultative meeting which kicked off yesterday evening and concluded today at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre on the banks of the Dead Sea. The six ministers exchanged views on regional developments and on how to tackle them in a way that would put an end to regional crises and achieve security and stability as a common goal for the interest of all the Arab states. The Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Sufian Al Qudah, said the meeting was constructive and allowed for a broad dialogue with an open agenda, tackling the developments in the region and ways to confront common challenges and enhance cooperation and coordination for Arab interests.
