Foreign minister receives Italian ambassador's credentials copy

Manama, Sep. 15 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs , Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received here today a copy of the credentials of Domenico Bellato as Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The minister welcomed the ambassador, praising the existing relations of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Italy, and the continuous development of these relations in various fields. He wished the ambassador success in enhancing relations between the two friendly countries. The Italian envoy stressed his country's keenness on developing relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the pursuit of strengthening these ties in various fields to achieve the common interests of the two friendly countries, praising the progress and development of the Kingdom of Bahrain on all levels. Issues of common interest were also discussed.
