Foreign Minister receives winning team of Government Best Practices Award

Manama, Oct. 10 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received the team who worked on "the National Model of International Partnership Governance: Towards Sustainability and Competitiveness" who won the Government Forum 2019’s Government Best Practices Award. The winners included the Undersecretary for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Assistant Undersecretary for Western Countries & Afro Asian Affairs, Ambassador Tawfeeq Almansoor, the Director of the Organizations Directorate, Fatema Aldhaen. The minister expressed his pride in winning this award, stressing that this achievement reflects the distinguished status reached by Bahraini diplomacy and the outstanding model it has achieved of building regional and international strategic partnerships. He also hailed the efforts of all who contributed to this important achievement, wishing them continued success and further initiatives that enable the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to achieve its goals. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Minister for his great support to all employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for his initiatives and programs aimed at improving the work in accordance with the best regulations and standards.
