Foreign officials and artists invited to Iranian Theater Market

TEHRAN,Dec.27(MNA) -- Theater festival organizers, officials of theatrical institutes and stage artists from 14 countries will attend the Iranian Theater Market (ITM 2012) which will open as part of the 30th Fajr International Theater Festival. Theatrical officials and stage directors from Germany, Canada, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Romania, Hungary, Turkey, Colombia, Armenia and Georgia will be attending the market. “Since we have not passed the deadline for registration at the market yet, the number of representatives will probably increase,” stated the executive director of the international section of the Fajr International Theater Festival in a press release. National theater troupes also welcomed the market and 40 foreign troupes alongside with 40 Iranian troupes will probably attend the event, she added. The Iranian International Market will be held from February 7 to 10 on the sidelines of 30th Fajr International Theater Festival.
