GCC Secretary-General stresses importance of GCC-EU relations and keenness to strengthen cooperation to serve common interests

Brussels, January 18, 2022, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf stressed the importance of the GCC-European relations, and the keenness of the GCC's states to strengthen cooperation and friendship between the two parties in various fields to achieve common interests. This came during a session of official talks held by the GCC's Secretary-General with the European Commissioner for Internal Affairs Ylva Johansson, today, in Brussels. Dr. Al-Hajraf said that the visit will include a discussion on aspects of cooperation in areas of common interest, exchanging views regarding regional issues and political developments. -- SPA
