GCC Strategic Health Plan 2020-2022 reviewed

Manama, Sept. 23 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa Saeed Al Saleh received Director-general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s Health Council Suleiman Al Dakhil, in presence of Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health and GCC Executive Health Board member Dr. Mariam Al Hajeri. They reviewed the GCC Strategic Health Plan 2020-2022, including capacity building, research and awareness focusing on preventative health, development and investment in health cadres. The minister praised the GCC health board's role and keenness on the provision of the best health services in the Arabian Gulf countries. They also reviewed topics of shared interest and the cooperation to boost the comprehensive GCC-integrated health cooperation.
