Government’s interest to develop industrial sector highlighted

Manama, May 20 (BNA) Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, today met here today Chief Executive of International Development Ireland (IDI) which is in charge of promoting the Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP), Ronan Deignan, in the presence of Industrial Affairs Undersecretary, Osama Mohammed Al-Arayyad. The minister stressed the major role played by international consulting organisations and their distinguished expertise in managing economic projects. Al-Zayed highlighted the government’s interest in developing all economic sectors in the kingdom, particularly the industrial one through adopting the suitable strategies and visions, and providing it with international exerts and consulting firms. In this regard, the minister expressed appreciation to IDI for the consulting services it is providing at BIIP.
