Government’s priorities underlined

Manama, May 14 (BNA): Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa received a group of citizens, in the presence of the First Deputy Premier’s Office director-general Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa. The group of citizens, which included Mahdi Mahdi Sarhan, Haya Khalid Bousebea and Hamad Ali Abdulla Isa, expressed their views regarding the upcoming Government Action Plan (GAP). The focus was especially on a unified e-data system to fast-track procedures, the establishment of an entity to highlight the Government’s achievements, in addition to the pre-registration of passengers on the King Fahd Causeway to avert traffic congestion. Citizens were urged to take part in the debate and put forward their contribution to the aspirations for better community services. His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier had directed to hold workshops through the Government Forum to set the priorities for the GAP 2019-2022. Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa thanked citizens, hailing their patriotic spirit, responsibility and participation in the comprehensive development momentum, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
