Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Willem Alexander, king of Netherlands, on April 27 on its national day.
