Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon sent a message of greeting to Rui Alberto de Figueiredo Soares, minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Regional Integration of Cape Verde, on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
