HE the Minister of Finance meets the Chairman of KFH

Washington, Oct. 19 (BNA): The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, today met with the Chairman of Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Hamad Abdul Mohsen Al Marzouq, on the sidelines of HE the Minister’s participation in the Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group (WBG) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, D.C. During the meeting, HE Shaikh Salman highlighted the importance of the Annual Meetings of the WBG and IMF, and their role in addressing economic issues within the global economy. HE the Minister added that the meetings provide an opportunity to further strengthen economic cooperation internationally. HE Shaikh Salman further highlighted the key role banks and financial institutions play in supporting economic development.
