Head of Lawsuit Management Office appointed

Manama, Sept. 2 (BNA): Court of Cassation Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council, Abdullah bin Hasan Al Buainain, issued today decision 72/2018 appointing Judge Jawahir Adel Mohamed Abdulrahman as head of the Civil and Commercial Lawsuit Management Office. She will be the first head of the Civil and Commercial Lawsuit Management Office since introduction of the civil lawsuit management system within the judiciary, which will assume preparations of civil and commercial lawsuits for court hearing within a specific and short duration to expedite the ruling as well as boost the efficiency of performance.
