Health Minister receives Indian ambassador

Manama, Apr. 17 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al Saleh received today Indian Ambassador to Bahrain Alok Kumar Sinha. They discussed strong bilateral relations and ways of bolstering cooperation between both countries mainly in the health field in light of the memorandum of understanding that was signed by the Health Ministries of both countries and approved recently by the cabinet. The Health Minister thanked the ambassador for the visit, expressing keenness on holding a meeting with her Indian counterpart and sign a memo during the 71st World Health Assembly meeting which will be held from May 21 to 26.
