Health Ministry Spokesman Reports 40 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 64 Recoveries in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Nov. 07, 2021, SPA -- Official Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali, in a press conference today, reported 40 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 548,930, including 2,268 active cases. Of these, there are 50 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, he added. Dr. Al-Abdulaali said that 64 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 537,858 cases. Also, one new death has been reported, bringing the total deaths to 8,804, said the health ministry spokesman. The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses that have been administered reached more than 46,000,000 doses, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said. --SPA
