HEC Secretary-General receives EU delegations

Manama, Mar. 30 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council (HEC) and and Vice-Chairperson of Board of its Trustees Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received Vice-Chairperson Board of Trustees Council of Higher Education and Middle East and North Africa European Union (EU) at the European External Action Service Deputy Director-General Carl Hallergaard and Riyadh’s EU Delegation Deputy Head Jaap Ora. The secretary general stressed the importance of strengthening Bahraini-EU relations in education and scientific research to serve common interests and goals. Hallergaard and Ora expressed appreciation of the Council's role and efforts in promoting higher education.
