HEC welcomes partnerships with international universities

Manama, May 10 (BNA): Secretary General of the Higher Education Council (HEC), Dr. Abdulghani Al-Shuwaikh, received a delegation from the University of Bruinel London, led by Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Andrew George. Ahlia University Chairman Dr. Abdullah Al-Hawaj, Ahlia President Dr. Mansour Al-Aali; HEC Director of Scientific Research Department, Dr. Farzana Al- Maraghi, were present. Dr. Al-Shuwaikh praised the existing cooperation with Bruinel London University, welcoming the establishment of partnerships between local higher education institutions and their international counterparts. He stressed support for higher education institutions to upgrade their educational reputation, thus promoting Bahrain’s regional standing in the field.
