HH Deputy Prime Minister receives ICAO President

Manama, May 11 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)’s President Salvatore Sciacchitano. Transport and Communications Minister Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed was present. The meeting confirmed the cooperation between Bahrain and the ICAO and their keenness to serve their common interests and goals. His highness praised the role played by the organization in developing international civil aviation and setting standards and regulations that guarantee the security and safety of civil aviation as one of the most important sectors supporting the achievement of sustainable development on a global level.
