HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad patronizes GCC Creativity Conference2016

Manama, Mar. 21 (BNA): Under the kind patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports President Bahrain Athletics Association also KHK MMA Founder, the GCC Creativity Conference 2016 titled "#innovatingourfuture" will be hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain on May 8-9. The Conference will be organized by Ebtikar Society and Expressions Marketing Communications, in strategic partnership with the Arab Science and Technology Foundation, and in cooperation with a number of supporting institutions from the GCC. It is expected to attract over 300 participants from the GCC public and private sector. The GCC Creativity Conference 2016 targets topics of innovation and creativity in modern organizations and aim to develop a platform for creative talents in different sectors to meet and exchange experiences. This year, the Conference will focus on defining creativity and spotting innovative talents in the workplace, and how to employ such talents in creating added-value organizations and innovative businesses. It will also focus to create innovative solutions to cut operational costs, utilize talented human capital, and to set innovation strategies within modern enterprises. It will be two action-packed days of events and activities that will highlight the need to develop a new generation of talented and influential leaders, enabled through a network of supporting entities to incubate their inventions and translate it into inspiring businesses, services and products. Osama Al Khaja, Founder and President of Ebtikar Bahraini Society welcomed this initiative and said: "The GCC Creativity Conference is considered one of the ambitious initiatives that will focus and promote the concept of creativity and innovation. We also aim to develop a creative generation that is able to deal with changes and challenges of the world economy and to employ talents in the best position." He added: "Leaders and decision makers in all sectors must understand the need of developing human capital that will contribute to the organization’s welfare, raise performance and cut cost, and to produce innovative goods and services. In conclusion, Al Khaja thanked His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his continuous support for youth initiatives in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and thanked all the partners and supporters of the Conference. He also invited organizations from the public and private sector to participate in this unique event.
