HH Shaikh Nasser's statements praised

Manama, Apr. 1 (BNA): Al-Wusta Youth Centre Chairman, Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Asmi has lauded the statements of the Representative of HM the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, Royal Guard Commander, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, Brigadier HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in which he called for protecting the nation and safeguarding its gains. HH Shaikh Nasser made the statements following the recent spread of social media accounts calling for discord and defaming national icons. Al-Asmi praised HH Shaikh Nasser’s calls to decisively stop the non-compliant accounts and to hold their owners accountable for the suspicious calls that may undermine national cohesion and sow discord.  Al-Asmi expressed hope that social media misusers will be deterred in order to maintain the Bahraini people’s unity, and loyalty to the country’s leaders.
