HM King’s support to sport lauded

Manama, Apr.22 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of thanks from Muharraq Sports Club Chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al-Khalifa, who expressed allegiance to HM the King, on behalf of all board members.  Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al-Khalifa expressed thanks to HM the King on the phone call he had made to offer congratulations on the 90th anniversary of Muharraq Club and the 34th football championship in its history. He hailed the royal care and continuous follow-up and support to Muharraq Club, commending HM the King’s keenness on promoting sport and youth sectors to achieve human development in all fields.
