HM King arrives in Jeddah

Manama, May 31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has arrived Jeddah, heading Bahrain's delegation tto the sixth consultative meeting of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States which begins later today. His Majesty was welcomed upon arrival at the King Abdulaziz International Airport by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Amir of Makkah Region HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal Advisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH Prince Mish'al bin Majid bin Abdulaziz Al Saud the Governor of Jeddah, GCC Secretary-general Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Kingdom of Bahrain's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Shaikh Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, senior Saudi officials and members of the Bahraini Embassy. His Majesty the King greeted the princes, ministers, and senior military and civilian officials welcoming him into Saudi Arabia. The Convoy of Honour was led by the Saudi Finance Minister Dr. Ibrahim Al Assaf. His Majesty the King was accompanied by an official delegation comprising: - HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs. - Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Royal Court's Minister. - Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB)'s President. - Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. - Shaikh Hamad bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa. - Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs. - Nabeel bin Yaqoub Al Hamer, Advisor of HM the King for Media Affairs. - Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Finance Minister. - Major-General Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Fadhala, Head of Royal Protocols. - Hamad bin Ali Al Kaabi, Personal Secretary of HM the King. - Shaikh Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
