HM the King congratulated on Asian triumph

Manama, Apr.24 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman, marking the achievement of the Bahrain National Athletics Men and Women Team, which claimed the 23rd Asian Games Championship, after winning a total of 22 medals, including 11 gold medals. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa extended deepest congratulations to HM the King on the Asian performance, which is considered one of the most important sports achievements in the prosperous era of HM the King. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa said that the impressive achievement would remain engraved in the annals of Bahraini athletics, paying tribute to HM the King for his royal care.
