HM King congratulates Djibouti president

Manama, Apr. 12 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations and good wishes to Djibouti Republic President Ismail Omar Guelleh on his reelection for a fourth presidential term, wishing the Djiboutian people more progress and prosperity.
