HM King congratulates Muharraq Club

Manama, Apr.21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa held a phone call with Muharraq Sports Club Chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al-Khalifa and congratulated him on winning the 34th football championship in the history of the club and the 90th anniversary of its establishment. HM the King hailed the victory of Muharraq Club which was achieved thanks to the cooperation between the technical and administrative staff, commending the outstanding performance of the players which enabled them to win the trophy.  HM the King hailed the spirit of fair play which prevailed between all teams, extending congratulations to all board members, players and supporters and wished them all further success to win more championships.  Muharraq Club chairman expressed deepest thanks to HM the King, hailing the royal care for sport and youth sectors in Bahrain. He dedicated the victory to HM the King, wishing him abundant health and happiness and the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
