HM King congratulates Vietnamese president

Manama, Sept. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of congratulations to President Tran Đai Quang of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on his country’s Independence Day.
