HM King Hamad congratulated on Formula 1 success

Manama, Apr. 3 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Rashid Al-Mulla on the success of the first night race – 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. The Speaker extended congratulations to HM the King, hailing Bahrain's success in hosting the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. He took pride in the global sporting event which, he said, which reflects Bahrain's standing among countries in the world as an annual sport and tourism destination since the inception of championship in 2004. "The global event reflects the world's confidence in Bahrain's competence to host such mega sporting events", the Speaker said, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity, led by HM the King. He prayed to bless HM the King with abundant health and happiness and guide him on the path of success.
