HM the King issues four decrees

Manama, Mar. 23 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree 18/2016 on re-structuring the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA). HM King Hamad issued Decree 19/2016, re-organising the Ministry of Telecommunications and Transportation. In another Decree, 20/2016, HM the King appointed Dr. Riyad Hamzah as President of the University of Bahrain for a four-year term. HM King Hamad issued Decree 21/2016, appointing the current Director-General of Director General of policies and wages at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Adel Hajji Ibrahim as a Director-General of Human Resources Development and Performance with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary. The decree also stipulates the appointment of Abdulaziz Abdul Ghaffar Al-Alawi as Director-General of Organisation and Position Budget and Salahuddin Mohammed Ajlan as Director-General of Director General of policies and wages at the Civil Service Bureau.
