HM King ratifies, issues law 34/2017

Manama, Sep. 12 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued Law 34/2017 on amending some provisions of Decree-law 28/2002 with respect to Electronic Transactions, after having been approved by the Shura and Representatives councils. The Prime Minister and ministers –each in their capacity- shall implement the law which takes effect one day after its publication in the Gazette.
