HM King ratifies, issues Law 9/2018

Manama, Apr. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law 9/2018 on the ratification of agreement between Bahrain and Tunisia on administrative mutual assistance to prevent, probe and penalize customs violations, signed in Tunis on 21 October 2016, and associated with this law. HRH Premier and ministers have been tasked to implement the provisions of this law which becomes effective from the next day after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
