HM King ratifies law 18 on limited investment partnership

Manama, Aug. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified law 18 of 2016 on limited investment partnerships (LP) after its approval by the Shura and Representatives Councils. The law defines and regulates "limited liability partnership" when conducting a business. The Prime Minister and the ministers shall enforce the law that will become effective thirty days after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
