HM King receives Azeri President's letter

Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a letter from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, concerning the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received the letter during his meeting today with the Ambassador at Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Abdullayev. During the meeting, the minister praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, viewing ways of promoting cooperation between them to achieve the common interests of the two countries and friendly peoples. The ambassador expressed his pleasure to meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, affirming the keenness of the Republic of Azerbaijan to strengthen relations of cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity
