HM King receives IPI president

Manama, Oct.29 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa hailed advanced cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the International Peace Institute (IPI) to advocate regional security and stability and foster the culture of peace and tolerance. Receiving IPI President Terje Rød-Larsen.at Al-Sakhir Palace, HM the King hailed the pivotal role of the think tank in undertaking researches and studies and organising international events to support efforts aimed to achieve global peace. HM the King reiterated HM the King’s firm stance in support of all efforts seeking to bolster security and stability and promote peace in the region and the world. He commended the IPI president’s efforts to consolidate peace. IPI president commended Bahrain’s efforts, led by HM the King, as well as its dedication to serve security and stability and contribute positively to promoting the culture of peace and co-existence.
