HM King receives Russian painter

Manama, Mar. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received, at the Al-Safriya Palace today, Russian painter Nikas Safronov, in the presence of the Russian Ambassador to Bahrain, Vagif Garaev. Nikas Safronov, who is on a visit to the kingdom, presented HM the King with one of his paintings. HM King Hamad expressed thanks to the Russian artist for the painting, lauding his skill, competence, as well as his distinguished artistic works. HM the King expressed pride in the solid Bahraini-Russian relations of friendship, praising the advanced level of bilateral cooperation, particularly in the artistic and cultural fields, in addition to holding artistic expos. HM the King wished painter Safronov further success.
