HM the King receives Southern Governorate's citizens

Manama, June 12 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, this evening at Sakhir Place, received citizens of the Southern Governorate, within his keen interest in meeting citizens of various governorates during the holy month of Ramadan. The citizens expressed deepest congratulations to HM the King on the month of Ramadan and wished him and the Kingdom of Bahrain many happy returns under his wise leadership. They also expressed sincere appreciation of HM the King's interest in supporting the Southern Governorate, praising the royal keenness on meeting and communicating with all community components. They reiterated allegiance to HM the King and defending the homeland, vowing to continue contributions to the national development witnessed in all fields HM the King welcomed the audience and exchanged Ramadan congratulations with them, noting that the meeting complements the Bahrainis' customs stem from Arab traditions. Following recitation of few verses of the holy Quran, HM the King delivered a keynote speech, in which congratulated the audience on Ramadan and prayed to Almighty God to bless Bahrain with happiness, security and stability. HM the King stressed maintaining meeting with the honorable people of Bahrain during Ramadan to embody the values of communication and compassion. HM the King stressed that Bahrain will always be strong and protected thanks to the solid social unity and cohesion that accentuates Bahrain as a homeland of cooperation, moderation, fairness and openness.
