HM King's Arab stances hailed by AP

Rabat, May 8 (BNA): Chairperson of the Shura Council’s Legislative and Legal Affairs, Dalal Jassim Al-Zayed has affirmed that the Arab Parliament (AP) values highly His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s support for Arab issues, as well as his keenness on strengthening Arab unity, unifying Arab efforts to launch joint positive initiatives and supporting Arab League’s institutions and organisations.  Al-Zayed was commenting on her participation here today in AP’s Legislative, Legal and Human Rights Committee. She said that the committee was notified about the letter addressed by the Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa in reply to the speech of AP Speaker, Dr. Misha’al bin Fahm Al-Salmi. The Royal Court Minister’s letter included HM the King’s thanks and appreciation to Al-Salmi for the positive role he is playing for the sake of support Arab issues, she said.  The committee members praised the letter, and thanked the Royal Court Minister for his appreciation of the AP, Al-Zayed added.
