HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets former UK Prime Minister and Member of Parliament

Manama, Nov. 15 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Member of Parliament, the Rt Hon Theresa May, at Riffa Palace. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the depth and strength of Bahrain-UK relations which continue to advance with the support of the leaderships of the two Kingdoms. His Royal Highness noted the importance of continuing to strengthen bilateral cooperation to achieve joint development and progress. During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest were also discussed. His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Charity Educational Endowment, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
